Setting this up.


Okay, so this is a project I've had on the backburner for a while. It's inception was as a project that I took on as a dare.  This initial version is lost.
I later remade this in Game Maker, addiing a bunch of features.  It also used a ton of borrowed assets and memes, so I second guessed posting it here.

Some years later, I am remaking this in Godot (Game Maker is expensive, and my main dev system is Linux). I'm taking and refining some of my rushed, its-2am-and-due-tomorrow art, and removing as many blatantly borrowed-off-the-internet assets as I can.  It's a game I wanted out in the aether.

I opted to make this though the Pigsquad finish-my-gamejam, as I thought it could help kick my ass to get this finished, and maybe get some assistance in certain parts of development.


Anyway,  I have a todo list. 

Add music, 

Add 2 boss enemies (state machines give me nightmares).

add 2-3 other enemies,

add stages (for 6 total),

An in-between  stage cutscene or two, 

Score multiplier and Score-rewards,

At least 2 more weapons (learning how to clear a screen of enemies). 

Other general refinements and bugfixes. +feedback.
