Not quite a trello board, but here's a big long to do list;

 Fix the sprites dialog (the only activate with certain sprites.)

Add the ghost spawn

add other monsters that spawn in low sanity.

Add the rest of the dialogue

add a shop or use for gold.

overworld tweaks. some areas look better than others.

Test and redo the dungeons.

learn what game balance means.

Add music

add particle effects like show for certain areas.

title screen

prologue and ending screens.

save/load

Maybe add a cart swap mechanism for actually having a battlesystem. that or possibly run-and-gun it
